Establishment of GCC-Indonesia at UPI, which includes providing an organizational structure, competent personnel, proposed programs and projects, and supporting resources.V     
Developing GCED training materials, which involves developing training materials, guides, and tools to introduce GCED concepts to teachers, lecturers, and other stakeholders. These materials can take the form of guidebooks, modules, presentations, instructional videos, and other resources that can enhance understanding of GCED and integrate it into a wider curriculum and teaching. The development of GCED training materials can be done continuously to adapt to the needs and developments of the times.    V       
The Training of Trainers for GCED invites international experts and facilitators from APCEIU. The training participants include GCC-Indonesia staff, teachers, lecturers, school principals, school supervisors, school committee officials, and representatives from professional organizations. V       
Developing Digital Platform to Promote GCED such as through social media communication (websites, learning management systems, YouTube, MOOCs, and other social media), to promote and disseminate GCED more widely and reach all regions of Indonesia.  V         
Preparing the Research and Development plan for GCED involves drafting proposals and research instruments for a multi-year research project spanning from 2024-2027.         V
Conducting Webinar series on GCED through video conferencing by inviting people of interest in GCED, such as students, teachers, resource persons, researchers, and local figures.    VVV  
GCED publication and promotion involves translating 4 GCED source books and promoting GCED through the GCC-Indonesia website, YouTube channel, GCED Isolaedu, and other social media platforms.     VV V  
Piloting the implementation of GCED integration in school and university curriculums through project-based learning to help students understand GCED values directly and apply them in their daily lives, as well as to enhance their critical, innovative, and global thinking abilities.  VV V
